Medication Management

Our team of physicians are specially trained and certified to prescribe Suboxone for patients meeting the criteria for Opioid Dependence.  By using medication management during the course of treatment, withdrawal symptoms decrease and reduce cravings for opiods.

Drug Testing

Random drug testing is performed throughout the course of treatment to ensure compliance with medications and abstinence from illicit substances.

Psychotherapy

Each patient will participate in therapy as a component of treatment, our Center utilizes evidenced based treatments. Midlands Center for Addiction Treatment will provide individual/group/family therapy and phone coaching for each patient on a monthly basis as part of treatment. Services provided will address the following targeted behaviors that impede effectiveness:  life-threatening behaviors, therapy interfering behaviors and quality of life interfering behaviors. By addressing these targets throughout treatment, we will assist our patients in increasing their level of effectiveness and improving the quality of their lives that have been impacted by their addiction.

Group Recovery Meetings

Our clinic offers group recovery meetings for patients struggling with opiate addiction. In recovery meetings you will find understanding, hope and support.

After-Care Treatment

After successful completion of treatment, after-care counseling will be made available free of charge for our patients up to one year to ensure they continue success in their efforts to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.

Induction Protocol

Our induction protocols ensure you have the needed professional support from Day One of recovery. Our Suboxone induction protocols are designed to monitor your daily progress as well as help to encourage a relationship of mutual accountability.

*Subsequent visit fees following the first month of treatment for patients covered by health plans we are in-network will vary depending on your health plan (staff will discuss expected fees you will be responsible for after your health plan pays submitted claims during your first month of treatment)

*Accepted insurances:  Wellcare Medicaid, Blue Choice Medicaid, First Choice Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina Health Plans (BCBS of SC, Blue Choice of SC, BCBS State Health Plan, Federal BCBS, Planned Administrators), Tricare and Aetna (after benefits have been verified and annual deductible have been verified, staff will inform you how much of your monthly fee will be covered by your insurance plan)


*All prescriptions will be called in to our patients preferred pharmacy and all patients are financially responsible for their prescriptions.
